ProveIQ partners with public-sector skilling bodies on a shared thesis: verification is free to candidates and the government, paid only by employers. Here is where we are on each of the five public-sector tracks we’re actively building.

Proposed pilot: skill verification for 500-1,000 NSDC-enrolled candidates in 2-3 high-demand domains (tech, content, analytics). Co-branded credentials. CEO-owned outreach.

Skill India Mission

State-level skill mission integration — starting with Karnataka, Telangana, Maharashtra. Tier-2/Tier-3 focus. Zero cost to state. Employer-funded revenue. RTI-ready reporting on every pilot cohort.

Partner application in progress. Full technical integration spec available on request. Once approved, every ProveIQ credential issues natively to DigiLocker — no third-party credential store, no PDF-only export.

State Skill Missions

Early conversations

Karnataka, Telangana, Maharashtra are Tier-1 priority states. Gujarat, Tamil Nadu, Haryana are Tier-2. Each state gets a dedicated CSM + an RTI-compatible reporting template on signing — no custom integration bill.

How public-sector engagements actually work.

Four operating rules that every partnership conversation is measured against. These are not aspirational. If a public-sector engagement cannot be run this way, we walk.

No RFP gaming

We respond to every legitimate RFP. We do not sponsor procurement tilting, closed-loop vendor calls, or pre-wired scoring criteria. If a request looks staged, we walk.

MoU template

A 2-page standard MoU is available on request. No lock-in. Outcome-based extension. No line that a Solicitor General wouldn’t sign.

Outcome metrics

Verifications issued + employer hires + Tier-2/3 mix + 12-month employability tracking. Every metric is exportable in RTI-compatible format.

CEO-owned

Every public-sector conversation starts with CEO Bhaskar Anand. No outsourced sales layer. No junior AE gating a mission director.
