Credits never expire
Buy a pack in advance, use it across quarters. There is no seat to maintain and no shelf-life on unused credits. You only pay for verifications you actually use.
Refundable within 30 days
Unused credits are refundable up to 30 days after purchase. Self-serve from the billing dashboard. No retention call, no "are you sure" friction.
Disputes resolved in 72h
If a verification does not match the advertised methodology, SATYA (our audit spine) resolves the dispute within 72 hours per CO-016 and returns the credit.
GST + invoicing
All prices exclusive of 18% GST. B2B customers upload GSTIN at checkout for an input-credit invoice. Receipts are emailed and accessible at /app/billing.
