How is this different from Naukri?
Naukri sells access. A seat costs ₹6,000–25,000 per month and unlocks a database of 7.83 crore resumes — most of them unverified, many stale. You pay to see candidates who may or may not match what the resume claims.
ProveIQ sells verification. Signup is free. Search is free. You browse a smaller pool of 5 lakh verified candidates, and you only pay when you choose to unlock a full verification record. Different model, different math — and the math almost always favours the recruiter who hires fewer than 50 people a year.
How is this different from LinkedIn?
LinkedIn Recruiter sells InMail credits and seats for ₹6,750–14,000+ per month. Every message to a candidate costs credit. Every seat is an annual commitment.
ProveIQ has no InMail wall. Verified candidates expose a direct contact handoff once you spend a verification credit. You pay per verification — not per message, not per seat, not per year.
How is this different from Apna?
Apna is volume-first — a very large pool of candidates, broad, without a verification primitive. It is excellent for early-career mass hiring where scale matters more than skill depth.
ProveIQ is verification-first with named-college Tier-2/3 supply. We complement Apna for early-career mass hiring and replace it for skill-verified hiring where every hire has to actually be able to do the job.
Will this replace my ATS (Freshteam, Keka, Zoho Recruit, Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)?
No. ProveIQ is the verified-supply layer. Your ATS is the workflow layer. The two are designed to bridge, not to compete.
Our ATS bridge (EU-02, Q3 2026) pushes verified candidates from ProveIQ into your existing ATS with the verification record attached. Your hiring team keeps their current workflow. You just stop paying for unverified supply.
How does ProveIQ handle DPDP Act 2023 compliance?
ProveIQ was built for DPDP from day 0 — not bolted on. Every interaction captures explicit, revocable consent. Retention is clock-driven with a visible timer on every record. Deletion requests are one-click. Minor-handling rules (verified parental consent for under-18 candidates) are native.
The DPDP Act is in force today; the compliance deadline for data fiduciaries is 2027-05-13. Our recruiter-side DPDP playbook (EU-03) is a downloadable reference for your legal team.
Read the DPDP posture →What happens if I hire a candidate?
You confirm the hire in ProveIQ with a single click. Three things happen automatically: the candidate's TPO sees the real placement outcome (closing the loop with the college), the candidate's verification record is marked as placed, and your credit balance updates.
There is no per-hire placement fee. Verification credits are the only thing you pay for — confirming the hire is free and actually helps the rest of the ecosystem.
How do I know the verification is real?
Every verification has a public methodology page. Skill assessments, project evidence, and education verification sources are all disclosed. You can inspect the methodology before spending a single credit.
For technical roles, verifications are AI-cheat-proof per CO-019 — live human proctoring, camera checks, and behaviour-analytic signals. If a verification ever fails to match the methodology, SATYA resolves the dispute within 72 hours and returns the credit per CO-016.
Can I trial before I buy?
Yes. EU-04 ships a no-signup interactive skill-search demo with sample candidate cards — try it from the hero CTA on the product page without handing over a work email.
If you do sign up, the Free Forever tier includes up to 10 trial verifications at ₹0. That is enough to see the product work end-to-end before any money changes hands.
