Every decision is rubric-anchored and explainable. No gut calls, no pedigree premium.

Async is the default

Real-time only when async has failed. Your calendar is protected, your deep work is sacred.

Candidate time is sacred

Every minute we ask a candidate to spend must map to real signal. No busywork, ever.

Built in the open

Public changelog, public pricing, public rubrics. What we will not say publicly, we will not say privately either.

How we actually work

  • No-meeting mornings

    10am–2pm IST is protected deep-work time. No standups, no syncs, no exceptions.

  • Write, don't meet

    Decisions happen in docs with a clear owner and a deadline. A meeting is a last resort, not a default.

  • One weekly sync

    A single 45-minute team sync on Wednesdays. That is the whole recurring-meeting load.

  • Quarterly offsites

    Three-day team-wide retreat every quarter. We come together on purpose, not on autopilot.
